M3 - Tire pressure monitoring system fault (details in post)

Looking to see if anyone has had this error pop up and successfully fixed it themselves, I will try to give a brief recap as to what has happened so far. TLDR the damn error code is back...

Model3 since March 2022, absolutely no issues, 30K+, love it.
October 9th I got a "Tire pressure monitoring system fault" error, the shortcut card on screen showed the pressure was last read the previous day. I checked the pressures myself and all tires were 40-41psi, did a thumb wheel reset thinking the issue might go away in a few days.
October 11th put in a service request as I had the error was still there and had continued manually checking the tires each morning just to make sure. I am in London so had to take the car into Kitchener for service the following day, Everything was smooth on service according to the estimate they replaced the right rear TPMS sensor. Drove the car home all good no issues, a few days later the error message shows up again, noting the same right rear tire's last reading was the previous day.
So I schedule another appointment for the 26th, talked to someone in Kitchener first as I am questioning if they actually replaced the sensor or not, took the car back in on the 26th left it with them for a few hours and took a Model S around for a spin.
The new invoice (no cost to me) confirmed they have now changed all 4 TPMS sensors "inspected and tested all 4 sensors are low in battery, they may be slow to respond and recommend replacing all sensors".

Perfect all good, 4 new sensors and no error code, drove home, took the kids to football on this past Saturday and the damn error code is back again FFS>

Hoping someone here has experienced this issue, I really would prefer not driving to and from Kitchener again for a 3rd time when it does not seem to actually be a TPMS issue.

Appreciate any help or insight.

I am no specialist but this could be a Bluetooth “thing”? You should note the exact time when this happens so they can go through the logs and see if there was a voltage drop. I had my MCU replaced because of voltage drops affecting my mobile phone, streaming, etc. If the BT is part of the MCU, this might be a place to start.

Interesting thought, could be the case. I cannot get the error message to go away unfortunately.

But its only been the passenger side rear tire causing the error code all 3 times now. To me that shows it has to be something else and not the TPMS sensor, I suggested they rotate the tires on the second service which they did not do just to prove it was not a TPMS error.
