Maintenance worker dies at Norfolk supercharger

I wonder if a new protocol should be instituted, maybe having TWO certified technicians for all site visits, which might have curtailed this tragedy.
Sometimes, the second guy could be there and possibly help revive someone who might be involved in an incident/accident, or assist even if the victim was simply having heat related issues.

I am really saddened to hear of this incident.

I charged my 2013 Model S there on Monday night. The equipment space was locked as has been the case of my experience for 2 years and about 20 states I have driven through in the past 2 years. I even plugged in to charge last week in Florida in a thunderstorm. I love my car, respect the integrity of Tesla and I think Tesla will show the incident was a sad but negligent tragedy.
