There was a time when I had respect for that man. It is now lost, in spite of his phenomenal wardrobe collection.
I can’t think of any politician I’ve truly respected since Eisenhower

I mean I actually do agree that carrying a dangerous disease IS a clear and present danger, you're right about that. I just had to get on my free speech soap box.I'm going to use your own arguments against you: in what way is a person infected with a dangerous pathogen not a "clear and present danger" to others?
U.S. law is that intentionally spitting on someone can be assault and battery, exactly because it might infect someone with hundreds of nasty illnesses.
Your freedom to throw punches stops at my nose.
It's a common sense legal document refined by hundreds of years worth of court rulings, not a suicide pact.
Anyone else see that consistent increase in volatility starting in end of 2016...
...when Trump was elected into office compared to Obama's run as POTUS?
Something to consider ...

The long term effect of Trump might be increasing dislike for capitalism (among those who also care for other things than S&P 500).

Well yeah "fighting words" and "technical legal term I forgot" for yelling Fire in a theatre are not protected. It's actually very specific and legit. Basically, if your speech creates a "clear and present danger" it's actually not free speech. That's why slurs and "hate speech" are really not violations, and we should allow them on a legal level (you don't have to allow them in your place of business or your home), because it identifies nasty people for us to avoid. We can't just put a scarlet letter on every WSB autist calling his friends retards, but the guy threatening to shoot you at the gas station needs to be put down. It's not really that deep. A reasonable person can grasp and cosign it easily.
Constitution kicks ass fam.

Looking VERY good for Bernie, especially considering polling vs Biden for these 2 states
Awesome additional news that Buttigieg dropped out
I predict Bernie will get over 50% of the delegates nationwide
I'm seeing signs of Bernie's appeal waning. He is still polling strongly in TX and CA which will give him a lot of delegates, but his doubling down on the defending Castro and other extreme socialists has turned off some people. There have been some prominent people switching from supporting Bernie in the last few days. With Buttigieg and Steyer out and Bloomberg fading, the moderate lane is coalescing around Biden.
It's probably going to come down to Biden and Bernie. If you look at the delegate totals thus far in terms of moderate vs liberal, Bernie has 60, Warren has 8. Biden has 54, Klobuchar has 7, and Buttigieg has 26. That's 88 moderate vs 68 liberal. If that pattern continues with Biden getting all the moderate delegates, Biden will have a majority going into the convention. It's also common for candidates to pledge their delegates to another candidate at the convention to prevent a second ballot. It's almost certain that Buttigieg and Klobachar will likely pledge their delegates to Biden. In 2008 Hillary pledged hers to Obama and in 2016 Bernie pledged his to Hillary.
Contrary to media spin Sanders didn't defend Castro, he made factual statements about a few areas of improvement he implemented. Things are rarely just black or white.
The Progressive vs Moderate ‘block’ has been refuted as simplistic & illogical in poll after poll after poll.
Bernie is often the second choice for voters after their ‘moderate’ first choice candidate
People often hear what they want to hear, especially when reinforced by the media, but that just means their minds were already closed. What they think they hear doesn't change the truth. To those not in the Bernie choir and aren't adept at parsing nuanced intellectual arguments all heard him praise Castro.
Sanders projected over 300 more delegates than BidenI've sensed a shift in the last 1-2 weeks. We'll see what happens.

I will agree with you there - the more uniformed & ignorant the populace, the more right wing the government. To those not in the Bernie choir and aren't adept at parsing nuanced intellectual arguments all heard him praise Castro.
