MCU1 to MCU2 Upgrade (Retrofit)

Hi guys, recently purchased a low mileage 65 plate model S. it has the MCU1 with no upgrades. I have managed to get a bargain deal on an MCU2 out of a salvage car. I can fit the MCU2 myself but does anyone know anybody who could program it into my car?

Very difficult in my opinion. But let me know if you get this to work.
