Micro Mice vs Tesla 😂

Check out this video, these guys have figured out micro second control of autonomous vehicles with low powered CPUs, and Tesla still has not figured out how to keep a car centered in a lane in a curvy road...Sure this is not apples to apples comparison but Tesla really needs to take a hard look at their control logic, and just running it through neural nets wont be the solution everyone is hoping for..

The magniture of the problem in the example is lowest of the low.
That is why whole AI self driving hype happened. They have achieved basic lane keep with very low powered hardware quickly and then underestimated the magnitude of real full self driving capability.
Even current FSD beta is still a decade or even more from real full self driving capability. It is just a fancy driving assistance.
When we talk about full self driving then we mean no human interaction including parking and other usual difficult driving manouvers. And that means doing them in the sun, in the rain or in the snow storm.

Imagine a passenger in those tiny mice running those mazes: 💀

Okay, did they show the part where the car explored the maze at low speed to learn it prior to the final high speed run?

Definitely apples & oranges.

By the way, what's the problem with Teslas centering in the lane around curves? I think it actually does a pretty good job at this--almost too good in the sense that it keeps centered even though a human driver might hug the inside corner a bit. Well, until the last update anyway. Now the car even mimics that human-like behavior (resulting in a more comfortable feeling).
