Missing Dashcam Icon (2019.16.3.2)

Got my Model 3 a few weeks ago and was running older software (can't remember the exact version but it was a version where there wasn't a Sentry mode icon on the main screen) and my Dash Cam and Sentry mode were working well. I saved clips and viewed the clips.

Had to get my car serviced and asked them to push the latest software and got 2019.16.3. Now, I see the Sentry icon but I don't see a Dash Cam icon. I reformat the flash drive and rebooted the screen -- neither thing fixed it.

I've seen this other thread with a similar issues but no fixes. Wondering if anyone has any ideas of fixes or other troubleshooting ideas.

I've been trying to set up the dashcam on my father's X and have been running into the same issue. I know it's formatted and set up properly because it works on two other 3s that I've tried. Posted on the X forum but no one has any ideas.

Perhaps we need to try a hard reboot? Steering wheel wheels and brake pedal?

Tried all manner of reboots on the X without success, but perhaps you'll have more luck with the 3.

You did make a TeslaCam folder yes?
