Dashcam picture frozen

I pulled up my dash cam app and rewound back a few minutes. But when I removed my finger from the screen, the screen froze at the new time slot. I can leave and come back into the dash cam app but nothing within the app works, not the delete button, play button, three lines on top. Even when I get a sentry notification when I get into the car, I click on it and nothing happens.

I’ve tried taking the Tesla usb out and putting it back in and also reformatting it.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
