MIT study on glance behavior when using Autopilot

Thought this was an interesting study, sorry if I missed a prior thread on it.

I am not too surprised with the conclusions, I suspect Level 2 automation can be human factors nightmare, which is I believe one reason why Google abandoned their level 2 project from years ago.

Will be interesting if Tesla's newer use of the interior camera for driver monitoring will turn out to be better for monitoring actual driver attention.
