Model 3 center screen is perfect for RHD/LHD manufacturing

I for one think the Model 3 center screen with no conventional instrument cluster is going into production. It makes perfect sense from a manufacturing standpoint. Right and Left hand drive can share much more of the production line and components. I love it.

I'm thinking for replacement / parts wise a real smart move. Model S touchscreen are $5K a pop.

This is true. Just need to lateralize the software HMI graphics for the different markets. Pretty cool.
