Picked my Model 3 last night. At the time, the car was not in my app, only my Model S and an advertisement of the Powerwall. After multiple car resets, app sign outs, app re-installations, etc., the car still wouldn't show up in the app. Even tried the app in a Galaxy S8, iphone 8, and ipad with no luck. I called the service center today and their response was the following: because of the number of Model 3 deliveries, there is a back up in putting all the cars online. I need to wait another 48-72 hours. Are you kidding me? This is the car that relies on the app for heaven sakes! Any suggestions?
