Are they "for sure" removed for Australian deliveries too? Or only the same markets that have already lost them for the old Model 3 / current model Y?
That seems to be a US only thing. My MYP has metal calipers, not plastic covers.

You need to see Ultra Red in person to fully appreciate the beautiful multi-tone red, brilliant shine, and tinted clear coat! It is amazing.
The current multicoat red is extremely dull despite the efforts of Red tesla owners to jazz up their photos with bright sunshine
How does it compare to the Mazda Red.

Not sure if the Model 3 will be same colour as Model X but here are some good photos of the model X.
Is this because only Shanghai has so far been retooled? Are any US-delivered Model 3s manufactured outside the US?
What happened to HW4? It’s all everyone’s been talking about for a year or so. Seems it’s as far off as ever if it’s not in this release. Wouldn’t expect to see another hw upgrade for 18-24 months after this as it has to settle in.
I’d love to see a photo of the three red cars next to each other (current red, berlin red and this new red). I get the impression this new red is halfway between the other two.

The rear looking side camera shown here looks like the same HW4 camera as is going into most(all?) US built Model Ys currently. So assume you get the HW4 computer and cameras.
Yeah. Might not have been considered because they don't really use roundabouts in the US?

Highland will be HW4, with the front bumper camera, though this has not been clearly confirmed in Tesla literature just yet…

Yes, but there is very little solid info on Fremont yet, so hard to tell how long the U.S. Highland will be.
No, all U.S. Delivered 3s are built in Fremont, but battery components do vary based on spec.
It's not clear.
The Demo models shown in Europe had no front bumper camera.
And in the CarWow video where they seemingly read off a list of talking points they mentioned cameras and processor unchanged.
Maybe Shanghai has lots of stock of the old cameras and HW3, so an upgrade will come later?
