no unless u dont have full coverage on your other vehicle then it gets weird sometimes with certain dealers not willing to let it off lot. Uncertain with Tesla, but if you have full coverage youre good to go.

My recent day 1 EDD was 12/12 but changed at around 3am to 12/14. It’s moved about 4 times right around the start or day after the first day. I always hope VIN just assigns but I genuinely believe it’s random.
Its VIN day for me.

Congrats! I’m really hoping to see mine before the end of the year. Your OD was only a few days before mine, but my EDD hasn’t budged either direction from the 1/17 - 2/14 original.
Side note - hope the Bengals can turn it around and figure something out these last few games of the season.

Dude, I would swap EDD with you in a heartbeat. I want a mid-Jan to Feb delivery.... December is before I am ready to pay for it, lol.
OT: The Bengals are surprising me this year. I wasn't expecting to be competitive until '22, their performance in '21 has been an impressive bonus. Its nice to be taken seriously for once. Lol.
I've got a really good trade in offer from Tesla that is 2k more than I paid for my MB c300 2 years ago, but it expires on 1/1 and I'm slightly paranoid that its going to drop drastically if/when I have to have it re-evaluated, plus with Kentucky's asinine personal property tax, if I own it past 1/1, I'll owe taxes on it for the entirety of 2022, so it could be a few thousand dollar swing in price if those things happen. If it weren't the holidays and middle of basketball season for my oldest, we'd probably try to make do with a single car, but right now we are in a spot where my wife and I have to have each kid at a different place at the same time...plus if I sold it outright, I'd have to pay more in sales tax since in KY we only pay tax on the delta between purchase price and trade in. There is a 21 Demo of my exact spec in Indy right now, I really want to grab it - but I think my wife is still holding out hope for the tax credit.
Continued OT: I wasn't expecting anything out of the Bengals this year, so it has for sure been a pleasant surprise. We were season ticket holders for years until we had kids - and It think for the first time since the Palmer years, I let my hopes get a bit too high after a few blowout wins.

Yeah, hopefully they won’t mess with yours too. Keeping my fingers crossed it may change again and still get here before the end of the year.

I submitted my insurance coverage through the app but got a follow-up email from an actual person. Her email said the policy needs to be in effect 3 days prior to delivery (maybe a Texas thing). I sent a photo of new insurance card to the email and the app updated that insurance was good to go
I had an EDD range of Dec 17-31 for several weeks then all of a sudden last week it changed to late Jan to Mid Feb. I was bummed but then on Friday I got a VIN and now delivery this Friday!!
I had the exact same EDD range Dec 17-31 and then mine also jumped mid week to mid Jan to Mid FebDamn, my EDD just changed from 12/17-12/31 to 1/6-2/3.
On Friday...all of a sudden I had a VIN and a text to schedule delivery. Hopefully yours will move again as well
