Sadly Peabody. They moved my delivery location on me.
I started at Peabody, then to NJ because I live in NH. Don't even know who my SA is. The original guy I talk to hasn't replied to my two emails over the last two months. No EDD since December. OD was 11/12. So no clue what is happening with delivery, pickup, build. The only thing I keep getting when I call is, it will be updated soon.

MA doesn't do temp plates which is why you were moved to NJ. Its the nearest state that will apply temp plates until you get to NH for your registration.

Just got a new EDD. Pushed back again!

12/20-12/31

Live in New York. Brooklyn delivery. It doesn’t seem that the East Coast is being prioritized, as some have theorized.

Yeah I think you're right. Myself and someone else on Reddit are both My. Kisco delivery, and we have Mid Feb - Mid Mar EDD. My OD is 12/11 and his is 11/10.
Unfortunate :(

Mine seems to be moving quickly in Delaware, that is assuming we have any trust whatsoever in these EED. I do think it moves a little faster on the east coast. My assumption is there is way more demand on the West coast and Tesla allocates a certain amount based on location/region. That may be why they seem to move faster in certain locations. Again just a guess..........we will see.

Interesting… heard from the local tesla center that they are seeing slight delays due to M3 and MY upgrades being made. Included this breakdown of the upgrades.

Interesting to note that AMD Ryzen based MCU seems to draw more power than the Intel Atom based ones. Thus about 2% range drop on WLTP cycle. Australia and New Zealand design studios confirm the range drop from 614 kms to 602 kms.

That seems really unlikely to be true. I don't even need to look up the power draw of those chips to know that.

Let's say you're traveling 60 MPH at a good efficiency of 250 Wh/mi. That's an average power usage of 15,000 watts. In order to make a 2% difference in that the new computer chip would need to use 250 to 350 watts more power than the old. That simply isn't true nor would even be in the realm of possibility. I doubt either chip uses much more than 25 watts total.

Any range loss would be due to something else.

Where did you get that attachment from?

A very similar memo has been circulating for about a week:

This version of the memo is essentially the same, except the removal of a speaker is now being described as an audio "refinement" that "improves" premium audio. That sounds like something Tesla would do.

We have removed the center instrument panel speaker to reduce complexity and redundancy with in appreciable difference in sound quality,

This is a big deal to the audiophiles among us. The middle speaker kills the delightful stereo effect of a small space. Give me an old processor but yank out that middle speaker. It's good for talk radio but limits true music performance. WooHoo!
