Where's the plate? I have a Aug 2018 build P3D+ that I can share.
2018 LR RWD Build: 10/2018 Vin 108###
980-00-D with 30-E inverter

Looks like your RWD LR and my LEMR are identical part no.
Indeed!
BTW, what exactly is a LEMR?
Build Date: 9/18
VIN: 103,XXX
MODEL: P3D (Stealth)

VERY Stealthy apparently! This labeling with respect to build date is consistent with @EricUSC ’s summary above. Pattern holds.
Is the current theory that RWD, AWD, & P3D all have same rear assembly, with the AWD and P3D having same front assembly?
Also includes the LEMR. For the rear, in all vehicles, same motor part number, with some version (not part #) changes depending on date (not on model). And a brief period of blank plates.
I have an AWD motor removed from a car and have a RWD motor from a LR that I can pull out. What are you trying to compare?Well, shoot that is easier than the undercover. Probably don’t even need to take the wheel off; just stick a camera back there and click away a bit. I had no way of knowing though. And the undercover is very easy to remove.
Who will be the first regular AWD person to do this?
Take photos of the part numbers on the AWD and RWD motors. We are trying to determine if they are the same model or not. Please include the dates on what you bought the cars that these motors came from. Thanks!I have an AWD motor removed from a car and have a RWD motor from a LR that I can pull out. IGBT seems to be preferred for higher power, and MOSFET for higher frequency switching applications. IGBT are specifically used for traction motors. Therefore, I feeling pretty good about the IGBT in my MR. Also I figure there are a lot of other things more likely to go bad. I do wish this kind of information was easier to find. Notice the part description explicitly says 62kWh - the first time I have noticed that in an official Tesla document. I think it also shows Tesla knows exactly what is going into the SR and already has a pipeline for it. Also, lol, notice the oil filter.
