Model 3 post delivery documents, registration

I'm still waiting on the packet Tesla said they'd deliver within 48hrs of delivery (pick up out-of-state). How long did you guys wait? Do I need that in order to file for the tax incentive (post registration in my state)? or can I file for that before having the valid registration from my state vs the temp tag?

I guess my next question would be the timing of the state registration? Does that need to happen prior to June 30th to get the current tax incentive amount?

In order to register the car at my local town office, I'll need Title Application and Bill of Sale. Among a couple other things I already have...
