Model 3 rear window defroster damaged by tint installer

Picture attached. Got my car back from the rear glass being tinted yesterday and noticed the black vinyl was knocked off this area. Assuming the wires aren't broken from this area, does anyone know what would be best to reattach it?

I don't know how much heat that area generates, but you could try epoxy.

I literally ran into the same issue at my tint shop, any advice on how to get this fixed?
