Model 3 Wrap Questions

Hey Guys
I’m new to the forum. Had my M3 since April and I love it so I decided to get it wrapped in black satin with chrome delete. I’m a huge Batman fan so this will be my batmobile haha. One questions I have is when you want to trade it in to Tesla somewhere down the road, will Tesla make you take the wrap off or will they accept it back with the wrap. I understand that the wrap lasts 3 years and I’m wondering what it would be like if I left it on longer. I garage my car every night. I do live in a New York so I know I deal with every season. I’m just curious if it will be necessary to get the wrap done every 3 years. I was told it’s harder to remove after 3 years but just wanted everyone’s opinion.

And lastly, what do you use to wipe down a wrapped car? Is there something I can mix together in a spray bottle to wipe down or is it more than that to maintain it. Thanks again

Don't skimp on the quality of the vinyl and the reputation of the installer.

XPEL Stealth is one you should consider if you're looking for satin. It has a 10yr warranty and you can wash it as you would normally.

In my opinion, when it comes to selling/trading I would just remove the wrap. The paint would be pristine beneath and this can be a selling point.

I take mine through the car wash every 3 days

You do not need to get it rewrapped just because it's been 3 years, wraps lasts much longer if maintained properly. My goal is to stretch it past at least twice as long. keep it clean and it should last a long time. Also, waiting long to remove it does not make it harder to remove, at least from what my wrap place said. It's not like it fuses on the longer it's on there.
