from what I have been reading the rear camber on low settings goes from 1.5 on standard height to 2 plus on low setting and the only way to correct the camber is getting a set of adjustable camber arms for the rear to bring it back to standard specs

Looks typical. The difference between left and right is most likely the car is tilted slightly. The left right camber difference is more a symptom of height tolerance. Check out Why does the Tesla S and X have too much camber? There is a low cost easy fix that helps greatly.
Your left/right difference is most likely a height calibration issue.
This goes into why it is uneven. Tesla S & X Alignment Woes or WOAHS I have a camber kit that will help get things under control. You can DIY it in 30 minutes if you are a DIYer.
