Model Y 47K not available to order online

I just realized only the Long Range version and Performance are available to order online. MODEL Y with 18 inch wheels still available for purchase?

Yes, I think since the beginning of February actually. The Long range was removed from the order page. Most believe it will still be produced and delivered, but we have no details other than the people who actually ordered the LR RWD still have it on their accounts and have not been told that they need to change their order. The 18 inch aero's will almost certainly not be sold with the Model Y. They were replaced with the 19 inch Gemini wheels as the base wheel option. The aero's were just a place holder it seems.

Great thanks for the info. Does anyone know if it's still available to order at a store or by calling. It is my understanding there was a 47k version and then next year a 39k version will be coming out with base trim.

No one knows. You could call yourself and ask but Tesla doesn’t answer the phone anymore. Not really.

My LR RWD Y is in my basket. I can’t change it to any other RWD version or make any changes ages unless I change it to AWD.

I haven't been paying attention lately but read a side note in an unrelated article about Tesla delivering the LR RWD soon. I went to the Tesla site and checked on my order and it prompted me to "get ready for delivery". I was also able to edit my order. Last time I checked, I was frozen out of changing anything except changing to an AWD version. The site previously said the LR RWD model "was not scheduled for production at this time" and I thought it would be dropped just like the Model 3.

Yep, that article was wrong. Everyone got the notification to "get ready for delivery". Even the 7 seater people which has been said by Tesla to still be a while out. Nobody has heard ANY details relating to the RWD versions of this car.
