We have owned two Tesla Model Y's since July 2020. I'm 72 and 5'9" and wifey is 71 and 5'0" and based on how we adjust our seats we haven't experienced ANY issues with the fixed front seat headrests. The reason I'm responding is that my neighbor bought a Model Y and used my Referral Code and while I have become his personal Tesla Coach he and his wife complained about the headrests, so I felt obligated to try and help them. They were drivers that sat BOLT UPRIGHT SCRUNCHED UP against the steering wheel like you see with NASCAR drivers. Not very functional or comfortable, so after we spent a few minutes playing with the seat adjusters and a few days getting used to the new seating position they are now happy campers.

I always think that people like that don't fare too well if they get in a collision and the airbag goes off
