Model Y noise when waking starting up car cricket/chirping sound

Hi,
I have a 2023 Model Y LR that makes a weird sound (like cricket chirping for 12seconds then stop) whenever I wake the car up from sleep by opening the door. The sound comes from somewhere in the front body of car. The ac/heat system setting was off during these instances, no charging was occurring.

Do you think this is normal? Does your Model Y makes any sound at all when waking up? I came from a 2019 model 3 which has no sound like this to this 2023 MYLR with a heat pump system.

Same noise here; been wondering the same thing. 2023 MY LR (coming from 2018 model 3)

Hearing the same noise as well in my new MYLR. Have you guys found out if this is normal or does this require a service request?

It’s normal. Not sure what it is but they all do it.

My 2020 Model Y LR does this too. Kids have named the crickets inside that make the noise. Seems like it’s normal….
