A couple more data points:
I am occasionally affected by motion sickness (boats, first-person video games), but I have had no problems driving my Model 3. My braking is really smooth. My acceleration can be spirited at times.
That said, I drove my cousin around town this summer, and he got motion sickness. My cousin blamed this on the low seating position, but I suspect it was the Tesla's switch between acceleration/coast and regen braking. Since then, I have tried to make my transitions even smoother.
