Motor Sound in Front End 2018 RWD Mid-Range

Hi all,
My 2018 RWD Mid-Range has been making an intermittent sound when pulling out from a stop, or turning the wheel at low speeds. It sounds like a motor of some sort that spools up for a second or two and then stops, and sounds like it is coming from the left front of the car. Does anyone know what this might be? I always have auto climate on, but haven't noticed anything that reproduces the sound consistently.

Without hearing the sound, it's hard to say, but it might be a wheel bearing going bad.

My 2019 LR RWD does that periodically as well. Usually happens while slowing down and turning... like less than 5 MPH ish. I have no idea what is is. I'm pretty sure I only hear it in the winter as well, but maybe because it's quieter in the cabin since I usually have the AC cranked in the summer.

It is definitely some sort of motor, not sure if it's associated with the steering, brakes or possibly the HVAC

Could be wiping the brakes. I hear that during cold wet/snowy weather in particular.
