You've got the car on jacks right? While I think you can gain access with the wheels turned, with the full weight of the car on them, I don't think you can adjust them.

The rear is easier if you unbolt the spring arm and reduce the pressure on the spring! At low ride heights it can be turned when installed, but at higher ride heights I prefer to take an extra minute to make my life easier.
I had to jack both driver and passenger side in order to adjust ride height for the front of the car. Jacking only one side put weight in the coils and I couldn’t turn the perch to my desired height.
I’ve had these installed for 10k miles. Noticed a nice improvement while driving over the bigger bumps, but I’ve also switched from 21s to 20“ wheels. Handles awesome.
If you’re in the Tampa Bay Area (FL), I’d highly recommend going to www.lhtperformance.com/home for installation. Although they specializes in Hondas; John and his crew do amazing work.

For those wondering, the recommended settings ended up destroying my rear mudflaps. But there’s no under body damage after putting a few thousand miles.
Might look into adjusting up 10 mm from recommended also- love the lowered look, but don’t like having to be super careful with these San Diego streets.
