Must sell my 2018 Model X 75D asking $79,500

While that's a valid point, $2500 is quite a stretch for the "value" of free supercharging. It's also different for every driver/owner. When Tesla offered Supercharging as an upgrade, it was only $2000. How do you get this $2500 figure?
We are in same ballpark figure. Point is Free supercharging has some reasonable intrinsic value that won't be there for 2nd owner of this car so it should be a factor.
 
The way I would look to price it is as if it was a lease vehicle. How much would be a normal depreciation based on 36 month lease (12K miles/year), residual factor etc. It will be in or around $70-72K ballpark figure.

That is reasonable 10% depreciation on net cost. Bright side is, it is not X P100D that would have easily depreciated 20-25% within same timeframe.
