MX Speaker Grill Removal?

Does anyone know how to remove the front door speaker grill on a MX? I have a wicked vibration coming from the grill and I want to remove it and add some padding to stop the vibration. Thanks!

This is the video for a Model S door panel removal. It at least gets you familiar with where to look at when removing your Model X door panels. Good luck, take pictures! I will when I get to my panel.

I recently had the drivers side interior door panel off to get a latch replacement and took some pictures. Sorry I didn't get any close ups of the speaker grill. I do not have the premium sound package.
