My first experience with Mobil Service.

So I had my 2015 Model S about 2 days when the right rear door handle would not present. I reported it through the App and was automatically scheduled into the Portland, OR service center for the following week (About 115 miles away). The App also noted that if Mobil Service was available for my problem, I would get a call. (fingers crossed). Two hours later I get the call and scheduled service for today at 4:00 at my home. At 3:58 my service tech shows up and gets to work. An hour later he's done with the door handle but also noticed that the paint was half off the drivers side window control unit. He has a test unit on hand and offers to swap out my ugly, half painted unit for his. DEAL! I asked what caused the paint to melt and he said he has seen it where the owner uses a liquid air freshener in the car. Learned something new today.

Tesla's Mobile Service is Awesome! What a great concept.
