My Model 3 is missing the picture in the app?

The picture of my white model 3 2021 somehow is missing on the front page of the app. It was there a few days ago. Do I have to charge the vehicle in order to have the picture on my app?

No, you don’t. Which version of the app do you have? If you got an app update recently, try logging out and back in.

I did a long press where the picture was, and it came back.

In mine if I use Sentry Mode/Live View the pic of my Tesla disappears. It only comes back the next time I open the App. I'll take a screen shot of it later today and post.

Were you seeing what I'm seeing? Mine is still doing it (today) on the newest App version.
