I just completed the same run. 75ft. Was a pain running armored cable in the garage, $150 all in for cable, parts and breaker. Need to find me one of those nozzle holders now!

Before you buy the tesla cable holder I'd suggest looking at the topfit one on amazon. The tesla holder does not hold the charging connector very well, it kinda just loosely balances the connector in place, if it gets bumped it will fall out. Terrible design, I wash shocked how bad it is! I would not buy it again.

This one is supposed to be much better but I haven't tried it.

Nice Install.

If you plan on having the UMC plugged in there all the time, get something to support it. You really don't want the weight of it hanging on the receptacle all the time and swinging when you move the cord to plug the car in.

I purchased mine on amazon. Works great and I woul reccomended

Damn that's cheap my outlet alone was almost $100, and the wiring was a few hundred too I think. And a couple hundred in conduit....
Is the outlet to code being that low?

I think national code is 15" for outlets in general, not sure if 240 is specific. I think wire without conduit has limitations here for height, but yours is contained anyways. Did you use 6awg I take it, it's not a commercial outlet?

My garage outlets, both 120V & 240V were installed 48" AFF (above finished floor) by default by my electrical contractor during construction.

The Leviton EVSE plugs into the recessed 240V outlet level with the household outlet in the picture.

Yeah, 6awg. Outlet was from Home Depot and around 10 bucks.

I'm still questioning the importance of using a commercial outlet. My outlet cost almost as much as his entire install.
