So, I'm a little confused by all the tire sizes. I ordered some 19" Replica R241 wheels to fit some winter Hakkapellita tires on. With regards to the summers/all seasons, will any 19 inch tire fit on the 19 inch wheels? From what I can gather, everything fits, but some stuff may rub. Does anyone know the limits of the MYP tire size for front/back and what will rub? Also, what are the minimums for load on the tires?

It will depend on the width of the wheels; Tesla specifies 9.5 inch wide wheels for 19" and 20"; 9.5" for the 21" front and 10.5 inch for the 21" rear:

Tesla specifies 255/45R-19 tires for the 19" Gemini wheels; i.e. 255mm wide, aspect ratio 45 (the height of the sidewall expressed as a percentage of the tire width), 19" inner tire diameter. Tesla further specifies Model Y tires as Extra Load (XL) rated tires, specifies the following load index (maximum weight rating) and speed rating for the tires:
19" wheels: 255/45R-19 104Y XL; i.e. load index of 104 (1984 lbs maximum load per tire) , speed rating of Y (186 MPH), Extra Load rated
20" wheels: 255/40R-20 101Y, XL; load index of 101 (1819 lbs maximum load per tire), speed rating of Y (186 MPH), Extra Load rated
21" wheels (front): 255/35R-21 98W XL; load index of 98 (1653 lbs maximum load per tire), speed rating of W (168 MPH), Extra Load rated
21" wheels (rear) 275/35R-21 103W XL; load index of 103 (1929 lbs maximum load per tire), speed rating of W (168 MPH), Extra Load rated
The Performance Model Y has a top speed of 155 MPH, for safety the tires should have a minimum speed rating of W (168 MPH) (Note: Some winter tires are only available with a lower speed rating.)
The Long Range Model Y has a top speed of 135 MPH, for safety the tires should have a minimum speed rating of V (149 MPH) although the OE tires carry a speed rating of Y (186 MPH) tires with a V, W or Y speed rating would be acceptable.

Has anybody talked to somebody about updates on the stock performance sizes?
My 275/35/21 are now showing 1/29/22 availability and the 255/35/21 are showing back ordered.
This is well after the initial dates i was given and would effectively put my Y out if commission until I get a wheel situation figured out

Yea I ordered the oem sizes but couldn’t wait any longer so I ordered 265/275 from discount tires direct and just got them installed today. All I got to say is wow! They look and drive great!
FWIW, I have experienced no rubbing at all, and I have to make a very sharp turn into and out of my garage. I'm running the AS 265/285/40 set up at 45psi. YMMV.
Do you mind posting (or DM'ing me) your order number? I'm talking to the Tire Rack guys and they think I'm crazy. I want to be like "Just duplicate this exact order."
You won’t find 255/35/21 in AS4. Good luck trying to find the rears bc I heard they on back order!
I ended up ordered the Michelin AS4’s from Discount Tires in Oregon for the 275/35/21 & 265/35/21. Costco is doable too but DT was really helpful over the phone. They found the 275’s in there Utah inventory and will have here next week. My MYP doesn’t arrive until 12/15-12/30, so they will just hold them until install. Was $389 for the fronts & $370 for the rears (1650 total with install). FYI If you pay for an order by 11/30, Michelin has a $150 rebate.
I Ordered on 11/18 from Discount Tire in Oregon, said they should be here in about a a week as they had inventory in Utah. My car doesn’t care until 12/15-12/30, so they are holding and I’m going to prepay before the end of November for the $70 rebate.
Looking at your post above, you ordered 265 and 275 right?
I'm in WA so I am close enough to you. I won't get the car anytime soon (just ordered) but I might order tires now for the rebates.

I’m going to call tomorrow the Discount Tire location and see if they arrived, ordered a week ago. There inventory says in stock, arrive in 1-5 business days in the Portland Metro locations. Between no sales taxes in Oregon and A $70 credit for 4 new tires by month end, may be worth the drive!

Discount tire is running a Black Friday sale through the end of today, where if you order four of the Michelin all season tires, Theyll throw in $110 off and 5% off the cost of the tires. If you’ve been waiting to purchase them, this may be a nice incentive to get it paid for today, and save a little cash.
