Nav Settings keep reverting

I normally have Avoid Tolls in the Navigation menu turned on because it always wants to route me through a toll tunnel when going to & from work. Last week I went on a trip and turned Avoid Tolls off and Use HOV Lanes on. I toggled them back upon returning. Every day this week when I get in the car, it keeps turning them back (Avoid Tolls off and Use HOV Lanes on). This is a frequent problem I have and the setting finally takes eventually. I even made sure I turned them back in both mine and the Easy Entry profile so that wouldn't be the issue (I'm the only one who drives it). Any ideas what causes this or how to fix it?

That setting might be part of your profile but you are not being prompted to save. Maybe try setting your HOV/Avoid Tolls to your preference and then slightly adjust the seat. The seat adjustment should prompt you to "save". That might save all of your settings.
