New Delivery Windshield

Before accepting delivery a couple days ago, I saw this on the top edge of the front windshield and it was noted during inspection as a scratch. After getting the vehicle home and looking closer its starting to look more like a very small crack. In your opinions/experiences will this require a full replacement?

The problem with noting a scratch during your inspection is that Tesla is not committing to do anything about it. Without getting something in writing stating how they plan to repair the scratch you are left up to their discretion on what to do about it. You can ask for a replacement but I doubt they will give it to you. It’s best not to accept the car if it needs any repairs unless you get something very specific in writing on how they plan to address the repair items. Even then it often becomes a time consuming mess to deal with. Rejecting the car and waiting for one without issues is usually the safest option.
