New garage door opener

I have a 2018 model 3. When I purchased it about five years ago, I was able to train the built in garage door opener capability to work with an existing rolul-up garage door. I just updated our door opener to a new MyQ Chamberlin model. Will I be able to use that same Tesla procedure using the new Chamberlin remote to train my Tesla without having to pay a monthly subscription to Chamberlin?
