New HV Battery replacement coming.

In my case, car was a Raven performance model with only 28k miles, less than 2 yrs old at the time. I think it is very rare to get a new pack...

Ended up getting my car back 5 days later(Dropped off thursday, service was complete last night) with a refurbished battery.

T19B*******R1 - T19B means the pack is originally built in Feb of 2019. R1 means it's been remanufactured once. Unfortunately you can't tell from label when reman was done. Could be anytime from Feb 2019 to yesterday.

Other folks can chime in as to what the "A" means at the end of part number. I'm not exactly sure what that means in comparison to other B, C, etc packs.

I have a 2020 3 performance I got a indicator which said something like range reduced no recharge ect I have less than 10k miles so I took it to the service center and they put a new HV battery in now I wonder what I got range is great has more power I think but now I wonder if they put a new battery or a rebuilt one it was free so I have till 2028 to see
