New service message notification?

I have a few notifications that do not seem to reset.
1) notification of a new message from service advisor. I have clicked it over 50 times and it still returns as a new message

2) notification of open windows.

Any suggestions. I will try to reset window calibration tomorrow, but the message from service just keeps coming back.

Try to force stop the app and then clear the cache.

I had the same issue. I re-calibrated all my windows and the message stopped appearing.

1) yes, I have this as well. Clearing cache and uninstalling didn't help. I asked the mobile tech about it and he said it's a problem at their end.

I had the same issue with my windows. Recalibrated them and they seem fine. It’s always an adventure with these cars.

That did fix the window notification, but I keep getting a new notification from the service center.

It was a message regarding filling out a survey. I can't make that notification go away. I even Uninstalled the app.

After one drive, the window notification is back!

Is there a way to ask tesla without a service apt?
