I think Tesla may have some competition in a year or so. Always a good thing.

NIO design team got it on locked. I like the looks of there vehicles. Unfortunately we won't be seeing NIO here in the states any time soon. The taxes and tariff implications would not make it competitive in the US market at all.

Even in the UK, the same will apply. I would also want to be confident of a service/dealer network.

Looks like they cloned a "3". They'll go to Europe before they go to the US. The big negative is the efficiency is low compared to Tesla. All the range stats are NEDC, so divide by 1.43 to get a rough EPA number. The ET7 has better efficiency, about 3miles/kWh EPA, than the older models, about 2.65miles/kWh EPA. That's iPace levels.
