No products linked to account

Can’t log into my phone. Get the error message no products linked to your Tesla account. When I log in from the computer it shows my car and I can manage it. Also not getting logging information at teslafi. This happened tonight. I was away for a few days and not near the car. I did drive it today but the app showed can’t update. So I tried to log out and back in and that’s when the problem arrise.

Any thoughts? Ideas?
