No seat warmers?

My 2012 S 85 appears to have 2nd gen seats - no front pocket, higher side bolsters. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to turn on the heaters. The seat icons that are supposed to be on the touchscreen on either side of the fan/temp icon, aren't. Everything I've read states that heated seats are standard, so I'm baffled.

If they are 2nd gen seats, they must have been replaced at some point. And I bet it originally had textile multi-pattern black seats, which in 2012 didn't have seat heaters.

Damn. You wouldn't think bun warmers would be a thing here in Phoenix, but I had them in my previous three cars and they're magical in the winter (hey, 40 degrees when I get off work at 2300 is *cold*). I'm mostly just annoyed with inconsistent info from the company and owner's manual.
