Northern California - PG&E Rebate - PG&E is increasing the rebate from $500 to $800 in 2019. Whoever did not apply, they should wait 47 days.

PLEASE NOTE: The Clean Fuel Rebate will increase from $500 to $800 in 2019. Applications received on or after January 1, 2019 will receive the updated amount.

Is there any time limit? Do you have to apply soon after you purchase your vehicle?

Also, is there a rebate currently for installing a Wall Connector in California (in Santa Cruz County)? Does anyone know when/how one would apply for that?

There is no time limit to apply for PG&E's EV rebate. I applied this year for a PHEV purchased in 2014 and got the rebate.

For wall connector rebates, check out: DriveClean - PEV Resource Center From what I see, only Property-Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) financing is avaiable thought the state.
