Had the pleasure of being hit by a motorcycle yesterday. Without going into details, some decent amount of repairs are required.
I have the car under an Octopus EV salary sacrifice scheme so I called the driver hub number. All good so far. Reported etc.
Today I had further info ( I thought the car to be drivable but on further inspection it isnt, massive chunk out of tyre near the rim). Called them again , and got moved around 4 departments, only to be told someone will be in touch and they will give me a 1 ltr runaround. I confirmed it would be Tesla Dartford picking up the car , and they said yes (my personal opinion is the guy didnt know, judging by how he answered, just to get me off the phone). So how come I don't get a Tesla courtesy car ?
