Still no update on my configuration page... I called and was told I have a Delivery Specialist assigned named Jason and he is waiting on a VIN. Said I should hear something this week or next.......
In the email I received it asks me to upload my per-approval information from my bank. I have no edit button and I do not see a link to upload anything. I sent an email response asking for directions but I thought I would ask the community to see if anyone has any insight into how it is to be done. Thanks
so, "bigroccrek"...it took you about a week after email with delivery window to get confirmation? It has been 6 days since I got the email with delivery window asking for a preference of days/times in that window. I responded quickly, but have yet to hear anything back (and no change on web). (also, i haven't got as far as that pre-approval upload so not sure about that link).
I received the phone call for delivery schedule on September 6. I got my preferred time and date right away while on the phone with the Tesla rep. Sep 29. Dedham, ma . No sign of VIN number yet..
