Online Delivery Date Accuracy

It's a disgrace considering the money Tesla is making in this city to not have a proper location for delivery.. Outside in the rain is unacceptable when receiving such an amazing car.. Disappointed!

I read they built a nice new one in Vancouver, but the local car dealers association, that does not like the Tesla model, is somehow involved, preventing it from opening.

May 10 ordered white SR+, blk interior & aero ( order page said estimate 2-4 week)
May 18 delivery date assigned
May 19 VIN showed up in account
May 20 VIN disappear
May 21 VIN reappear
May 24 M3 arrived at delivery centre
May 29 appointment for pick up.

How did you know when it arrived at the delivery centre? Did you talk to anyone there? I'm trying to get a hold of people in Vancouver but the delivery centre is not picking up the phone. Aggravating.

I called Tesla’s 888 number this morning , provided them with my RN number, they can tell you pretty much anything if you have a VIN assigned. I found out my car was at pre-production stage, exit production, waiting for transportation and this morning the reps told the car arrived. So I emailed my local delivery specialist and he confirmed my car did indeed arrive and will gobthrough inspection and detailing this weekend preparing for delivery next Wednesday.

It was a 10 mile demo car out of Kansas City that just happened to be the exact specification I wanted. Scheduled for delivery on the 30th at 2.

I just spoke with Tesla and they said that the car should be arriving in Vancouver tonight. No delays expected. I'm super excited now!

Yes there are so many variables that can cause a delay. I guess I am lucky mine came in within the estimated time and the local delivery centre is super helpful.

We are looking in Reno. They recently opened a service center (and they have sales staff in there 4 days each week). It appears that they have an inventory, but it does not appear on the Tesla site.

I will try to get over there during office hours for sales, but I am hopeful that they will have something on hand. Also- Fremont is only 3 hours from us, so that helps!

I actually work in San Jose, but CA laws make it nearly impossible to buy a car from out of state.
