Ordered 11/1. Took delivery on 11/7

We were able to get a cancelled order which insured delivery in 2018.

We used a referral code and my account showed 400kwh free charging but not 6 months. I was charged at a SC two weeks ago so i reached out to my OA. My account now shows 6 months free but no 400kwh language.

Reason for my post: We paid deposit down on 11/1 and after paying for/taking delivery they changed the 400kwh policy later that week but had verbiage of 11/2.

When we put deposit down and took delivery we we're promised 400kwh. Am i reading too much into a problem that'll arise or will my account show the 400kwh once 6 months are over?

6 months is better than 400 kwh anyway, they must have upgraded you

Originally the 400 kWh was an annual allotment...so it could've ended up being more than 6 months of usage.

Thanks - were you in a similar situation with things changing etc?

I’m waiting to hear back from my OA but I don’t want to fight over this if need be. I’m hopeful they’ll be easy to work with
