Order Online or In Store
- There is no difference between online and in store. If you go in store you will be directed to order online at a terminal.
- In store you will be assigned an agent instantly vs online which would normally be the day afterwards.
- Needed for this step
- The $100 non-refundable down payment.
- Understand that cancellation will forfeit down payment and forfeit the ability to purchase the same car configuration for upwards to 1 year.
- The $100 non-refundable down payment.
- A day or two after order entry you will most likely receive your first contact from a Tesla representative, this person is your sales advisor.
- The sales advisor will go over your configuration with you to make sure there were no mistakes made.
- The sales advisor will also talk about how you intend to pay for the car. If you are doing a loan through Tesla they will let you know if you've been approved or denied at this point, if approved you will be informed of your real APR (the one listed on the order page is independent of credit while this new APR is after a credit check)
