I'm now dealing with the complete lack of responsiveness from the LV ISA. I received an email asking me to confirm my information, I responded in 20m, and then again 24h later to make sure the first email was received. No response at all back from the ISA. Not a good way to run a business. At least you should acknowledge you have received the email

Find the number for your local delivery center and call them. My ISA went dark after the initial call, didn't respond to email, and their voicemail was full for days.

Took delivery today. Great experience with the DS.
Seems Tesla has an “energy specialist” there to discuss solar options, which seemed weird at first, but is a great idea and I scheduled some time with him.
This car is quick! It rearranged my organs a few times.

Hey Everyone,
Well, I've been a lurker in this forum for a while and I added my info to the database spreadsheet a coupla weeks ago. (excellent resource, btw! Hopefully everyone is adding their info!)

Reserved: 12/30/16
Bought CPO Model S P85: 7/31/17 (couldn't wait for the 3!!)
Invited to order Model 3: 2/14/18
Ordered P3D+/MCR/Black interior/FSD: 6/27/18
cash payment w/trade-in of my P85 (sigh)
No VIN yet, no Delivery Specialist yet, but my edit button disappeared: 9/5/18

I live in Shelburne, VT, which meeans home delivery since my nearest showroom (Dedham, MA) is >250 miles away, as well as my nearest Service Center. My P85 was delivered last year in an enclosed trailer by a 3rd party hauler. The experience was easy, the driver was awesome and had no problem waiting for me to inspect the car before signing away.

From the spreadsheet, the average VIN-to-delivery to MA is 26 days, so even though my delivery is (like everyone's) "late September", I'm not holding out hope OR holding my breath! Even though this entire experience has been nerve wracking, frustrating, exhilarating with overwhelming anticipation, It's gonna be awesome when delivery day finally shows up. My P85 has been fantastic and better than anything I've ever driven, but I've always felt it was a little big for me. The P3D+ is gonna fit like a glove for me!

It seems like the reservation/previous owner status only applied to the RWD LR version, and it's a logistical pattern (which I can't figure out) for VIN's & deliveries since then. It seems like the ball is rolling faster though now, and hopefully continues!

Sorry for the long post, lots of thoughts when you lurk for so long. :)

Still waiting. As the long-threaders know, when I get frustrated, I make graphs to distract me. Here's a new one:

You reserved 9-10hrs before me and ordered 9-10hrs before me. I just got my delivery date a few days ago. Hope you're soon. Your graphs have been really helpful in parsing out useful info from that monstrosity of a spreadsheet!

My buddy had 11 on his N54, I have had zero, HPFP under the recall, turbos semi under recall....my car is currently at 130k miles

Seems we share more than GT ha!
11! Wow... Well I'm glad we are moving away from all these complex moving parts :)

Wait a second... Am I the only person between 7/1 and 7/15 who doesn't have a VIN yet?

@CrazyCoconut @cbutters - You guys are both gonna beat me to the punch now ; D Truck driver lowered the upper level of the transporter trailer down and crushed my car which was on the lower level. Hood, fenders, windshield, roof glass glass, etc.
Unloading the car at the SC was the last step and that went less than perfect. Reset the clock again!

Wow, that sucks! Sorry to hear that :( Hopefully they can get you a new one quickly!

Mike here in Colorado. Just got the call today. There's a VIN, and on the site it's in the final Review and Approve phase of contract information.

They won't release a VIN to me -- partial or otherwise, although they insist they have it. Apparently they're withholding it as a matter of policy because there have been last-minute mixups or changes.

Delivery Sep 14 Friday, here in Littleton, Colorado service center.

MSM P3D+ PUP EAP

Just sold my LR M3 RWD last week.

Exciting!

I called and asked about unlimited supercharging since I changed my order in August from awd and they confirmed I'm grandfathered in since my original order was placed before August 1st and they said I don't have a VIN but am assigned a delivery advisor and just waiting to match me so hopefully that means some progress
