looks nice! I have similar setup but in 20's (255/40/25 and 285/35/20). My consumption went up around 20kwh. 285 in the rear looks way better, going to try 295 next time.
Why aren't you sticking with the sticky Re-11s for daily use? I just have the stock 19" wheels - sounds like an upgrade to Re-11s would make a difference? What I notice on cornering is under steer - I have to fight the car a bit on fast tight corners. And body roll.
the rears I have are only 30 series ( 2" less total dia) so the car will scrub the air fins behind the rear wheels if I go over bumps, not that this matters too much. Also the inner of the rears and the outer of the fronts are worn past the tread and I need to flip the tires.
+ I love the look of the Tesla grey performance wheels on my grey car
I love the re-11's , I wanted something even stickier but I might just get a pair of 255/285s and keep the same wheels for a bit.

No, the RE-11s are stickier. I misread your post and thought you didn't want such a short tire... the PSS is available in a 255/19 & 285/19 in stock diameter (slightly taller).
Here are some quick pics. Not a great photographer. Sorry it is so dark under to car because it makes it hard to fully appreciate the visual appearance of the wider rear tires.
