Paid hardware for MS Plaid Max Speed increase?

Was browsing the tesla website plaid order screen and noticed that the max speed of the plaid at 322km/hour (200mph) now states it requires a paid hardware upgrade.

Maybe I missed this in the past, but do you guys know what it’s referring to? Is it the new carbon ceramic brakes? Or the to be released track kit?

Thanks!

That's some BS right there:

“According to Tesla, the wheels and tires necessary for 200 mph are available on the Plaid now, but what isn't is a software update needed to hit said speeds.”

The Tesla page used to say this: "The indicated Plaid top speed requires proper wheels and tires which will be available in Fall 2021."
