PEM second failure

As a potential buyer of a used Roadster myself, I could see why there is concern about the PEM. I don't mind getting the PEM fixed/replaced if Tesla had them. The problem is...if Tesla no longer makes PEMs then what are we to do?

Have you found your roadster yet? I have #262 in Radiant Red with a brand new battery that will be for sale as soon as the replacement battery arrives.
