Perfect delivery in Jacksonville

Shout out to Keith and Justin, our delivery specialists at the Jacksonville SC ( and Darwin, ours sales specialist at the Jacksonville Town Center showroom). My original delivery date was scheduled for Saturday August 8th (today). On Wednesday I called the SC to inquire whether the car, MY, 19 inch Gemini, Midnight Silver Metallic, White Interior, Autopilot, might be arriving early. Keith checked the tracking and confirmed that the vehicle was in transit on I-75 South of Atlanta. (Kieth was actually off that day, and responded from home). So, Thursday afternoon I inquired (Justin this time) and learned that it was at the SC being prepped for delivery, as we spoke. I asked whether a Friday (August 7th) delivery versus the scheduled Saturday delivery would be possible. A Friday delivery was graciously provided. My grandson and I arrived at the SC at our 2:00 scheduled time and found the vehicle to be in impeccable condition. No panel gaps, not paint issues, lights were aligned, rear seats were even, all the switches produced the appropriate results, etc. I couldn't have been more pleased. The overall experience was fantastic. A big "Thank You" to Darwin, Keith and Justin for making this experience painless and timely. A final shout out to the guys on the assembly line and the guys at the SC who prepped the vehicle for delivery. Thanks for delivering a perfect vehicle!

Hi all I had my solid black dual motor performance delivered on Friday 8/7/2020. It was scheduled on Sunday 8/9 but came early. The car was prepped for delivery at the Nashville TN location. The car is great I can’t find any issues with it. Kevin Pinnock was my Tesla Adviser and Alexis Payton was my delivery support Specialist. Love the Car!!

We have Keith and a similar experience with his outstanding customer service. He's replied to my texts from home as well. Tesla should promote this guy and have him train the rest of the sales/delivery team on how customers should be treated. While we haven't received our MY yet, I was advised it was "born" on 8/6 and they'd let me know when it starts moving towards Jacksonville. VIN 33xxx.
