Suddenly this happened
1706409545077.jpeg

It only stopped after I rebooted the car. It starter again today. Parked in the garage. Sentry mode off.
Thoughts?

Still happening without Stats.
It is not normal that the car charges for a moment every hour. This screenshot is typical before this started. The car isn’t sleeping while this is happening.
It started in the evening before a scheduled Ranger visit that was postponed due to weather. Could Tesla set the car to stay awake in advance of an appointment?

Charge on Solar would only check during daylight hours and Powerwall Support claims no issues since last app update so that’s not responsible.

Wall charger is not the culprit since the pattern is the same with the portable charger plugged in to a NEMA 14-50.

Tesla vehicle support noted an Input Voltage error which first appeared around the same time.

Local power company visit reported a problem with line voltage peaking in the high 120s since a solar farm went online nearby and they are working on installing some “regulators”.

Issue has been added to upcoming ranger visit for more detailed battery and vehicle investigation. That’s happening in mid February.

Left car unplugged since yesterday. Battery down from 79% to 67% in 24 hours. Highly unusual

There are repeating alerts but not at the frequency the car is active:

The no-sleep situation has stopped happening.

The suspect is SmartCar. My car is enrolled in a program to allow grid control over charging and they use SmartCar to connect to the car. This connection did not show up under Manage Third Party Apps when I checked after this problem started. SmartCar has redesigned their connection authorization in response to the API change at Tesla. They made that change in December and all devices were to be updated in January. I was not alerted to this by the grid program manager until just the other day. Now SmartCar appears under Manage Third Party Apps.

Could all be a coincidence but probably not.
